In accordance with distance selling regulations, unwanted products bought online can be returned open within 7 working days from the day after delivery. However, they must include all original packaging, be in as new condition and not used
If you decide to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please call +44 (0)1637 880421 to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
Unfortunately Custom order boards cannot be returned or cancelled once we have started to make the board.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged from ware are not considered faulty.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colours, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items that sit outside the above Returns Policy, please email email@example.com with a subject line – FAULTY.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
