We know how important it is to be on the right board. Getting the wrong shape or size can seriously affect your stoke – and that’s not what we’re about. That’s why we created the Ocean Magic 30 Day Guarantee – to take the risk out of buying a stock surfboard from us.
If the board you ordered isn’t quite right, no worries. We’ll swap it for another brand, size or style – no drama, no stress. Just get it back to us within 30 days and we’ll help get you dialled into the right stick. (Some exclusions apply – scroll down for the details.)

Clear photos of the deck and bottom (clean and wax-free)
A quick note on the condition of the board
We’ll check it over and confirm if it’s eligible. This doesn’t finalise your Ride Out – that only happens once the board is back with us and the condition’s been inspected.
Order your replacement board online – it needs to be full price and in stock (no sale, custom or out-of-stock boards, sorry).
Once you’ve received your new board, carefully package the original (ideally in its original box with all packaging) and book your return.

What’s the cost? 💰
You’ll need to:
- Cover the return shipping
- Pay a £20 restocking and processing fee
That’s it – we’ll take care of the rest.
Key Ride Out Terms ❗️
- One board per customer every 12 months.
- Approval must be agreed within 30 days of the invoice date.
- The board must be returned within 5 working days of approval.
- Boards must be clean and wax-free — otherwise, a £30 cleaning fee will apply.
- Light pressure dents? No worries.
Dings, cracks, repairs, or heavy dents? Unfortunately, those boards aren’t eligible. - Tail pads are fine, but we can’t refund or exchange any accessories purchased with the board.
- You’re responsible for the board until it arrives back with us. Any damage during transit may affect the final Ride Out value.
Important: You can’t swap a board for the same model (even if it’s just a different colour). This policy is here to help you find the right shape, size, or style — not just to change your mind.
